TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom. – Proverbs 23:4

Now when some of you saw today’s verse, you thought this might be a contradiction of what we’ve been focusing on this month because it says labour not to be rich. Let me explain what the scripture means. What the Word of God is saying here is that the kind of wisdom that makes us rich does not come from our human intellect. That is why we are specifically told to “cease from [our] own wisdom.” There is financial wisdom that
comes through partnership with God that has the ability to make you rich. When I talk
about partnership with God, it simply means partnership with the Kingdom. It’s being concerned about the things that concern God, and when you do this, money becomes
easy.
While others are still toiling and labouring all day for money, your bank account will be
bursting at the seams. The moment you decide to be Kingdom-focused with your
finances, you’re no longer operating by your own wisdom. You will cease to operate through natural means. While others observe certain worldly protocols, you bypass procedure, and money finds you! You no longer labour like a slave as you have the correct mindset for wealth.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I shall never toil like a slave for my money. I cease from my own wisdom and act on what God says concerning my finances. Money shall find me easily in this year of Wonders Without Number!
