TOPIC: It’s Coming As A Gift
FOCUS: “And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.” (Joshua 6: 2)

It is exciting to observe that God said to Joshua, “I have given into thine hand Jericho…”. God ‘gave’ Jericho to Joshua. The word ‘given’ as used in that scripture, comes from the root word ‘give’, from which the word ‘gift’ is also derived. So God gave Jericho into the hands of Joshua as a gift. Others may have needed to fight for their new territories, but Joshua got his as a gift. Others may have labored to possess, but Joshua got it as a gift.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you will get your ‘Jericho’ as a gift. You will get your new territories as a gift. You will get the desires of your heart as a gift. You will get your next level as a gift. You will get your new doors and gates as a gift. You will get mega opportunities as a gift. You will get access to high places as a gift. You will get the help of the mighty as a gift. You will get your elevation as a gift. You will get what you are currently laboring for as a gift.
Joshua had his men of war, gearing up to fight over Jericho, but God interrupted him and gave it as a gift instead. He was preparing to do it by his own strength, but God interrupted him and made it come as a gift. Hear me as I hear the Lord: what you are currently preparing for, you will get it as a gift. What you are saving money for, you will get it as a gift. What you are currently planning for, you will get it as a gift.
Jericho was not just some gift that could be bought off a shelf. It was a city. It was a territory, and Joshua got it as a gift. In this season and beyond, you will get territories as a gift. You will get territorial platforms as a gift. Men will give you what you cannot gift to yourself. Men will make happen for you what you cannot make happen for yourself. God will send you helpers that will gift you what your capacity cannot afford.
Get set to get your ‘Jericho’ as a gift. Get set to receive your heart’s desires as gifts.
James 1:17 says: “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.”
DECLARATION: I receive my ‘Jericho’ as a gift, in Jesus’ name!
