SCRIPTURE: Acts 27-28.
TEXT: And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the Lord hath spoken it. Obadiah 1:18.

Every child of God has the nature of God in him, but this nayure ought to be activated to come to reality. To be a fire, the following are necessary:
1. Repair The Altar (1 Kings 18 :30): Righteousness and fire are interconnected. Until you turn from sin, you cannot repair the altar of your life and be a fire. The foundation of fire is purity. “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity” (2 Timothy 2 :19).
2. Feed On The Word: The word of God is God and God nature begins to manifest. That was why the disciples of Jesus said, “But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word” (Acts 6 :4). Jeremiah 5 :14 says, “Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.”
3. Pray Earnestly: The place of prayer in the realm of fire operation cannot be overemphasized. The disciples of Jesus prayed in the upper room before the Holy Ghost and fire fell (Acts 2).
4. Stand Your Ground: When you stand your ground, your opposition loses their stand. No matter the confrontation, maintain your declaration and God will confirm it.
PRAYER.
My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray now, O Lord, turn my life into a fireplace.
