The Beginning of Great Destinies(2)

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Genesis 5-8
TEXT: “And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.” Luke 2 :7.
Child of God, your beginning may not be exactly like that of Jesus because you were born in a classy hospital, into a very wealthy family. But hear me, if God’s hand is mighty upon your life, there is a divine training you must go through which progresses from a beginning state to the latter state of greatness God has destined to be revealed in you.
In the kingdom, a child is born, a son is given (Isa. 9 :6), you grow into sonship. No matter how your biological parents love you, they will not write the exams of life for you. They can guide you, pray for you, but you are the candidate to handle it and progress on the ladder of destiny. So what other wisdom should you apply to attain greatness?
There are several things that we can itemize both physically and spiritually that you need to do to attain greatness but I want to bring all under this subheadings “BE DETERMINED TO ATTAIN GREATNESS” undergoing the necessary prerequisites even if it denies you comfort and pleasures of lufe. The greatness in front of you should be your focus and whatever it takes such as being studious, prayerful, keeping the right company, engaging your hands to work, services etc. must be deliberately engaged in by you.
You must be determined to come out successful in school by going extra mile in studying, not roaming around like other students because there is greatness in front of you. In that job, you must put in your best, translating the dream of that organization to reality and by so doing God blessed the works of your hand.
Praying should be a lifestyle not an event to you to engage the supernatural in all you do.
You must be determined against all odds; you must be determined despite oppositions that arise on the pathway of greatness. When you are determined you cheaply trample them under your feet with the help of God.
I see you counted among the great destiny and outstanding impact.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I press forward with determination to my great destiny, in Jesus name..
