Stop Weeping (3)

BIBLE READING:Â 1 Kings 10-12
TEXT: “And she said, let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight so the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad” 1 Samuel 1 :18
Child of God, you have prayed, God has spoken, the prophet over life has spoken, God has shown you the picture of what he has promised, yet you are still downcast and your countenance is still dull. Cheer up! Look at our anchor text, Hannah, whom her adversary provoked so much that she could not even eat, and she wept herself sore, changed her.
Always be joyful, let your countenance be cheerful. Habakkuk 2 :1; Says, “I will stand upon my watch and set me… upon a he tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, The picture of the future God has shown is your souvenir while you are waiting for your testimony.
Genesis 15 :5 – 6; “And he brought him forth abroad and said, look now towards heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, so shall thy seed be” In Genesis 17 :5; God changed Abram’s name to Abraham, and Genesis 17 :19; Isaac was named even before he was conceived.
Abraham did not see these promises physically before he believed them and it was counted unto him as righteousness because he believed God.
God showed him the picture and he believed it and it was imputed to him for righteousness. Romans 4 :21 – 22.
Child of God, when you pray and God gives you a proof of answer, don’t doubt him. Believe his word, believe also his prophet. 2 Chronicles 20 :20b… So rejoice! Jubilee has come.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, let me always rejoice and be cheerful for what you have done.
