Night Prayer – June 7th, 2025 – Saturday Prayer Point – Resting in the Power of Your Word
“I will worship toward Your holy temple, and praise Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; for You have magnified Your word above all Your name.” – Psalm 138:2 (NKJV)
Heavenly Father,
As the night wraps around me and the day draws to a close, I turn my heart toward You in worship. You have been faithful from the rising of the sun to its setting, and I pause now to give You the praise You deserve. Your love has carried me, and Your truth has steadied me.
Thank You for magnifying Your Word above all. When everything around me shifts and changes, Your promises remain firm. In moments of doubt or fear today, You reminded me of what is unshakable: Your truth that never fails. I find peace tonight not in my circumstances, but in Your unchanging voice.
Lord, forgive me for the times I rushed through the day without pausing to remember Your Word. Forgive me for leaning on my own understanding when You were offering wisdom from above. Tonight, I lay down my pride, my plans, and my fears, and I choose to rest in the authority of Your voice.
