Night Prayer – June 1st, 2025 – Sunday
Bible Verse – Philippians 3:8 (CEV):
“I consider everything a loss compared to the great value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Because of him, I have lost everything else, and I consider it all garbage so that I may gain Christ.”
Night Prayer:
Loving Father,
As I lay down to rest tonight, I thank You for the gift of this day and for Your presence that never leaves me. Help me to see, as Paul did, that knowing You is far greater than anything else this world offers. Teach me to let go of all distractions and burdens, considering them as nothing compared to the joy of walking closely with Jesus.
Lord, I surrender every worry, every regret, and every worldly attachment into Your hands. May my heart be fixed on You alone, the source of true peace and eternal hope. As I close my eyes, fill me with Your comforting presence, renew my spirit, and prepare me for the new mercies of tomorrow.
Help me to wake refreshed and ready to seek You with a deeper hunger and love. Guard my mind and heart through the night, and let Your peace, which passes all understanding, guard me and keep me safe. Thank You for Your unfailing love and grace.
