TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Jeremiah 1:4-5 (KJV) Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
GoodNews Daily Devotional 7th August 2022 MESSAGE
God knows you. In fact, He knew you before your father and mother came together. Your existence did not start when you came to Earth as a baby. God knew you long before then. He had an experience with you before you entered the Earth realm.
That is how special you are. Regardless of the circumstances that brought you here, you are not an accident or mistake. You are here for purpose on purpose. The Bible says in Jeremiah 1:5 that before you were born, God sanctified you. In other words, He set you apart from the world to be separated unto Him to be honoured and treated as sacred.
He has holyfied you and ordained you, which means you are gainfully employed by God to carry out His purposes on the Earth. You do not need any title. You need only to function in whom God has separated and ordained you to be.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am not ordinary! I am sent to this Earth and set apart to fulfil the purposes of the One who made me like Him. I am beyond human. I am more than a boss; I am a god!
