TOPIC:Â The Reality of God’s Love
SCRIPTURE: 1 John 3:1 (KJV)
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
There is a difference between concept and reality. Car makers have a way of tantalizing drivers with the promises of concept cars; they appear sleek and stylish enough to provoke a reaction yet remain just out of reach. While these grand visions may stir emotion in us all, their promises are empty. They look the part, yet they are never production-ready. They are simply an embodiment of someone’s imagination.
Some view God as a figment of one’s imagination, a notion so far-fetched to be believable. However, I tell you, God is real! He is not some futuristic possibility that you wait until you get to Heaven to know and experience. He is not parked on a platform for you to glance at; He wants to be a part of your life right now! He doesn’t want you dreaming of Heaven in the far-off future – no! Instead, He wants to bring Heaven into your life today so you can experience all the joys it has to offer! The door has been opened for you. Come inside and experience the luxury of His love!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The love of God transports me out of pain and a miserable past into His plan for my life. I receive the peace, joy, love, and grace of Heaven as my everyday reality.
