TOPIC: God’s Temple

SCRIPTURE
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. – 2 Corinthians 6:16

Holy Spirit dwells in every Christian. This scripture is talking about your body, the temple of God. Your body does not belong to you once you received the life the Jesus. God took residence in you to work His plan through you. Walking with God requires agreement. This is why Paul said, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).

You are a partner with God to carry out His plan. He needed your permission. Hallelujah! He will never lead you down the wrong path. Your life is hidden in Christ Jesus.

It is important that you surround yourself with people that love God. Reading the Word will change your actions and remove desires that are not like God. The in- vestment God placed in you is phenomenal. You were created to demonstrate God’s love and power to a dying word. This is truly GoodNews! You didn’t earn it and don’t have to figure out the next steps. He said, “I will dwell in them and walk in them”. All you need to do is take a back seat and watch Him perform. The Word of God is the true definition of success.

You should have a different walk going forward because the King of Glory lives in you. When the devil tells you that you are not the temple of God, remind him how Jesus laid His life down for you. Then look in the mirror and say, “Hello Jesus”. He looks good on you.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am a partner with God. I walk in agreement with Him. My body is His temple. Christ in me the Hope of Glory. Praise His Holy Name!
