DRC2021 DAY 3 MORNING SESSION – 2ND MESSAGE – WEDNESDAY, 26TH MAY 2021
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): GENESIS 37:5-8
MESSAGE TOPIC: MOVING FROM WHERE YOU ARE TO WHERE YOU ARE MEANT TO BE – THE JOSEPH EXPERIENCE

WHO WAS JOSEPH?
1. Joseph was the man who saw the future before it arrived
He was the man who dreamt in yesterday, the reality of tomorrow; he passed through every stage of the development of vision, which are:
i. Vision
ii. Incubation
iii. Preparation
iv. Opposition
v. Manifestation
2. Joseph was the man who was positively different in every way from his brethren (Gen. 37:2)
3. Joseph was the man who carried the mantle of his physical and spiritual father (Gen. 37:3)
4. Joseph was the man of sworn integrity and character (Gen. 39:9; 42:18)
5. Joseph was the man who carried the tangible, substantial Presence of God in his day (Gen. 39:2, 21)
WHAT WERE THE CHALLENGES OF JOSEPH?
1. He was the victim of human hatred and conspiracy (Gen. 37:8)
The greatest challenge of the vision God has given you may come from those closest to you
Don’t be surprised if people close to you work against your purpose
2. He was a victim of false accusation (Gen. 39:13-20)
3. He was a victim of stolen identity and slavery (Gen. 37:28; 39:1)
4. He was a victim of wrongful imprisonment (Prov. 26:2; Gen. 39:20-21)
5. He was a victim of delayed manifestation
WHAT DID JOSEPH DO TO END HIS SITUATION?
1. Focus on the vision
2. Absolute faith in God
3. Maintenance of integrity
Don’t organise alternatives; don’t give yourself a man if you are waiting for a husband
Don’t bend the rules because you are trying to get a contract
4. Release the past
Release the past because your worst days are behind and your better days are ahead
You can only hold on to the past if you believe that your best days are behind you
It is only when you release the offender that you release your destiny; his release is your release.
5. Plant seeds of goodness
6. Live prepared and ready for the future (Gen. 41:14)
7. Exist as a solution provider
Inside your solution provision is your problem’s dissolution
8. Exist as an extra miler
Average people do normal things, extraordinary people do extra things
If you do what ordinary people do you will end how ordinary people end
You can’t do normal things and expect extra results
PRAYERS
Father, drop on me today, what You have prepared for me – the mantle, grace, gifting, healing, deliverance meant for me, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, let there be the birth of new expectation in my life, family and ministry, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, anything that is not of You that has manifested in my life, family and ministry, we bring them to an end today, by the injection of Your revelation, in Jesus’ Name. (Prov. 23:18)
Father, change something in my life by my encounter with You this morning; I refuse to go back the same way I came, in Jesus’ Name. (Isa. 45:19)
Father, as Your servant speaks this morning open my eyes to see what You want me to see, open my ears to hear what You want me to hear and open my heart to receive what You want me to receive, in Jesus’ Name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Every hatred and conspiracy against your life is rendered null and void
– Your identity might have been taken from you and a wrong identity imposed on you; before the end of this session, I decree a reversal!
– Whatever is yours that the devil took from you by force, before the end of today, I command it returned to you!
- Whatever is not yours that the enemy is trying to impose on you, I decree, it is deleted!
- Every spell or enchantment they did to divert what is meant to come to you that spell is broken now!
- You are too loaded to be messed up by the devil
- The mess the devil is doing with your life and children is ending in this season!
- Your delay is over!
