Do not compare our own measly understanding to that of God’s! God created us and everything. Who are we to say that we know this or that to be true. All that we know is because the Lord allows us to know it. Thanks be to God.
Today’s Prayer Point
O Lord in heaven, forgive my arrogance! I have thought on more than one occasion that I knew something better than You. What a fool that I am! I am so lucky that You still love me, gentle God, and know full well that I do not deserve it. I pray that You instill a new calmness in me, and a desire to be humble and wise, as Your son, Jesus Christ, has taught me. Amen.
