Omega Fire Ministries Devotional 18th January 2021 MESSAGE: The life of Joseph reveals to us that there are dream-haters and opposers of every divine dream. These opposers could even be people close to you. To Joseph, they were his brothers, of the same household.
They hated him initially, for his coat of many colours but when he dreamt, they hated him the more and later progressed to desiring to kill him just to terminate his dream. The actual enemies of a man’s destiny are the enemies of his dream. A man’s future lies in his dream and that is why the devil through his agents of dream-haters, can do anything or go to any length to terminate it. And so you must adhere to every divine measure and counsel of the spirit to frustrate their mission in your life.
The life of Joseph also reveals to us that God is a master planner, who is always ahead of the devil and his programmed every act of the enemy in trying to frustrate a divine dream, to end up working together for the good of the child of God (Rom. 8:28).That tells you that you should focus on your dream and give it motion. Refuse to be distracted by dream-haters, rather place them where they belong. The Bible says, “Lest satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices” (2 Cor. 2:11) and to “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7).
I pray for you that no power whatsoever, would be able to frustrate your dream, in Jesus Name.
PRAYER
My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I frustrate the assignment of dream-haters in my life.
