Morning Prayer for Today — Sunday, 12th July 2026 – Here Am I, Send Me: A Morning Prayer of Availability and Obedience
Good morning, beloved! Today, God is stirring something deep within you — a heart of availability. In Isaiah 6, the prophet had a life-changing encounter with the glory of God, and in response to a simple question — “Whom shall I send?” — he answered without hesitation: “Here am I, send me.” This morning, God is asking the same question over your life. Will you be available? Will you say yes before you even know the full assignment? Today is a day to surrender, to volunteer, and to declare your readiness to be used by God.
Powerful Morning Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this new day and for the privilege of hearing Your voice. Lord, just as Isaiah encountered Your glory and heard You ask, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” I present myself before You this morning and say, “Here am I, send me.”
Father, I make myself available to You today — my time, my words, my hands, my resources. Use me for Your purposes. Wherever You need a vessel today, let it be me. Whoever needs a witness of Your goodness, let me be that witness.
Lord, before I say yes to my own plans, I say yes to Yours. Interrupt my day with divine assignments. Open my eyes to see what You see, and give me the courage to respond the way Isaiah did — willingly, boldly, without hesitation.
Father, purify my lips and my heart, as You purified Isaiah’s with the coal from the altar. Let nothing in me hinder Your voice or Your work. Remove pride, fear, and self-focus, and replace them with humility and readiness.
Lord, send me to the person who needs encouragement today. Send me into the conversation that needs Your wisdom. Send me into the situation that needs Your peace. I am not afraid of the assignment, because I know You go before me and You go with me.
I bind every spirit of hesitation, fear, and self-preoccupation in the name of Jesus. I loose the spirit of boldness, availability, and obedience over my life today.
Thank You, Father, for choosing to use ordinary people like me for extraordinary purposes. Here I am, Lord — send me, use me, and let my life count for You today, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Scripture for Today’s Morning Prayer
Isaiah 6:8 — “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
This verse captures a defining moment of surrender. After encountering the holiness and glory of God, Isaiah didn’t wait for details before responding — he simply made himself available. This morning, God is asking who will go for Him. Your response doesn’t need to be perfect; it just needs to be willing.
