What will be the result of mismanaging a trust placed at your disposal (Luke 16:5-7)? Businesses are established for the purpose of profit. Every gain is dependent on the prudent management of the business. How would you describe the attitude of the servant as seen from Luke 16:4-8? The commendation in Luke 16:8 is clarified by Christ in Luke 16:9. He is in no way commending dishonesty.
Believers are to learn from the world when it comes to making the best of our talents. ‘If you pour water ahead, you will step on wet soil.’ (An adage). The world makes friends with who will support them in the future. The believer should make friends with eternity in view. Any partnership done without eternity in view will not last. Believers are to be faithful at workplace knowing that they are serving God (Luke 16:10-12; Ephesians 6:5-8).
Many Christians, because of unfaithfulness, have become unproductive, resulting to stagnation in life (Luke 16:12b). What can you learn from Luke 16:13 and how will our Lord’s response to the Pharisees’ scorn in Luke 16:14,15 direct the way you live each day?

PRAY FOR:
•More divine insight to navigate the complex terrain of ministering to youths in and out of schools.
•Increased sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit upon all our youth workers.
•Creativity and divine access to the hearts of these youths.
PRAY AGAINST:
•Cancel every scheme of satanic forces to distract us from the work.
