TOPIC: Unconscious Faith
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: John 2:5 (KJV) His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
GoodNews Daily Devotional 30th August 2022 MESSAGE
The Bible tells us in Romans 10:17 that faith comes by hearing, and that faculty of hearing comes by the word of God. But faith is not a one-size-fits-all. Faith has dimensions. There is faith that is evidence of a thing. There is also faith to get something and faith to keep what you have. There is faith as a bloodline, for the bible says, ‘the just shall live by faith.
’ (Romans 1:17, KJV). There is faith that can be delivered, for the word of God says that we should earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered to the saints. Then there is something called unconscious faith. When faith becomes unconscious, it is as natural as breathing. You do not have to think about it, work it up, or practice it. This was the kind of faith Jesus had, and the why the woman with the issue of blood could touch the hem of His garment and power came out without His permission.
When your faith becomes unconscious, your love for God, following God, and even the power that comes out of you becomes unconscious. Unconscious faith does not wait for your permission to speak. It speaks on its own. If you want your faith to be unconscious, whatever God says, do it, and things will begin to happen. Begin to push your faith to another dimension. Desire it. Go after it, and you will see wonders!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
In this year of Wonders without Numbers, my faith is graduating to a higher dimension. Power is oozing out of me. I am sold out for Jesus, and whatsoever He tells me to do, I do it!
