TODAY’S SCRIPTURE

GoodNews Daily Devotional 21 February 2022 MESSAGE
We live in an age where people have become more conscious of the hazards of their environment. Masks are worn, hands are washed more frequently, surfaces are sanitised and disinfected, all in an effort to prevent contact with harmful bacteria and viruses. But there is a difference between clean and sterile. Just because you wipe something down and clean it, that does not mean it is sterile.
Something that is clean has no noticeable dirt. Sterility, on the other hand, means to be free from bacteria or other living microorganisms. It is the absence of anything that has the potential to reproduce and spread dangerous and disease-causing germs and bacteria. By virtue of our biological makeup, a human being cannot exist in
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
a completely sterile environment. But you are beyond human. You are born of the Spirit, and God has created a sterile environment that is suitable for you. That environment is Christ, the Secret Place. You live, move, and conduct the affairs of life in Christ, and that environment is completely free of harmful bacteria, viruses, or antigens. Therefore, it is not possible for you to be sick in this environment. That is why the psalmist declared, “no evil shall befall you, and no plague will come near you.”
As you meditate on the reality of your location in the Secret Place, your consciousness of Christ increases, and that consciousness will eradicate every trace of sickness in your body. I am in Christ. There is no sickness, disease, or death in Him. The life of Christ in me overrides, repels, and drives out any sickness that tries to attach itself to my physical body. I maintain wonders without number in my life in Jesus’ Name!
