TODAY’SÂ SCRIPTURE
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. – Mark 16:15
GoodNews Daily Devotional 19th February 2022 MESSAGE
Words are very important to God. And since you are created in His likeness, they ought to be important to you as well. Your words are more powerful than you think. When you speak, you create things. It’s a spiritual truth. We are created in the likeness of God, and He created everything by speaking (Hebrews 11:3).
You create the life you want with your words. Once spoken, words go to work. That is why you must be intentional about what you say. As you speak, your body, circumstances, and everything around you is listening.
Jesus did not say to preach the Gospel to every person. He said preach it to every
creature, to every created thing. Whatever has been created in your life are your congregants – your creatures.
If chaos is in your home, it is a creature you can preach to. Is your body misbehaving? It is a creature. All the circumstances in your life are creatures that are waiting to hear the Gospel. The Gospel is good news. Preach it to everything about your life. Think of how you want things to be and declare them to be so.
Do it every day. Look at anything that appears negative in your life and declare the opposite. Turn it into a wonder without number! Do not stop until your circumstances – every creature – declares Jesus is Lord. As you preach to the congregants of your life, they will be converted.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am a preacher of the Gospel. I declare good news to my body, bank account, business, relationships, ministry. Good news is locating me now, and favour is prevailing over every circumstance of my life, in Jesus’ Name!
