The 5Daily Devotional Message March 31, 2025 – Monday Topic – Strength In Waiting
FOCUS SCRIPTURE: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)
DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR TODAY:
Life often places us in seasons of waiting—waiting for healing, waiting for answers, waiting for breakthroughs. In these moments, we may feel weary and discouraged, wondering if God sees our struggles. But Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who wait on the Lord will find new strength.
Waiting on God is not passive; it is an active trust in His perfect timing. Just as an eagle soars effortlessly on the wind, God empowers us to rise above life’s challenges when we place our hope in Him. His strength is made perfect in our weakness, and He promises that when we trust Him, we will not grow weary.

Sometimes, waiting feels like an uphill battle, especially when the answers don’t come as quickly as we expect. But God often uses waiting seasons to refine us, deepen our faith, and prepare us for the blessings ahead. Just as a seed must be buried before it can grow, our moments of waiting are not wasted—they are seasons of transformation. God is working behind the scenes, shaping our hearts and strengthening our faith.
In times of delay and uncertainty, remind yourself of who God is—faithful, loving, and all-powerful. He has not forgotten you. The same God who lifts the eagle above the storm will lift you above your troubles. Keep your eyes on Him, trust in His process, and in due time, He will make all things beautiful.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, I come before You today, laying down my worries and weariness at Your feet. Teach me to wait on You with faith and patience. Renew my strength, Lord, and help me rise above my struggles like an eagle soaring in the sky. When I feel weak, remind me that Your power is at work within me. Help me to trust Your perfect plan, knowing that You are always working for my good. Thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. I trust in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
