TOPIC: Walk in Faith

MEMORY VERSE: “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 11: 6)

FOCUS: “And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.” (Mark 10: 52)

Streams of Joy Devotional 27 February 2024 MESSAGE

In our Focal Scripture, Jesus declared to Bartimaeus that his faith had made him whole. So as Bartimaeus approached Jesus for healing, he went in faith. He believed that he would receive his miracle. His faith was built up. Bartimaeus may not have known how his miracle would happen, but he went for it by faith. Even Jesus had to acknowledge that faith had played a role in the miracle of Bartimaeus.

Friend, as you seek the hand of God to be made manifest in your life, seek it with faith. As you chase after divine intervention, chase after it with faith. As you push for new levels and higher results, push with faith. As you raise your expectations for a greater 2024, raise it with faith. As you seek that you will be seen by El Roi, seek with faith. As you seek mega miracles that will change your story for good, seek same with faith.

Bartimaeus sought his miracle with faith, and Jesus had to note that his faith has played a role in fetching his miracle. So he had faith that could touch Jesus. His faith moved Jesus into action. Hear me as I hear the Lord: in 2024, your faith will cause God to swing into action. Your faith will deliver your results. Your faith will cause the impossible to become possible. Your faith will open new doors and gates for you.

No matter what challenge you ever face, don’t let it defeat your faith in God. Never allow whatever you have been through to make you trust God less. Never allow your failures and even mistakes to make you trust God less than you should. Never allow whatever is happening around you to make you lose your faith. The enemy is aware of what your faith can do, and you had better held on to your faith against all odds.

Remember, the faith of Bartimaeus orchestrated his miracle. Don’t be counted amongst them who come to Jesus with no faith. Even if your faith is small, use it, hold on to it, and it will birth your miracle.

DECLARATION
My faith will fetch me mega results in 2024, in Jesus’ name!
