FOCUS SCRIPTURE: “16. And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people. 17. And this rumour of him went forth throughout all Judaea, and throughout all the region round about.” (Luke 7: 16-17)
Streams Of Joy Daily Devotional 20th November 2022 MESSAGE
After Jesus raised the dead man in our Scripture Reading back to life, many people glorified God and Jesus’ fame spread all over the place. Jesus became more famous as a result of the miracle he did for that young man. People were drawn to Jesus because of the miracle He gave to that young man. So the life of that young man became an advert of the power of God. The young man’s life and miracle became a divine advertisement.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are about to receive that miracle that will make you a divine advertisement. God is about to open new doors for you that will cause men to be drawn closer to Him. God is about to grant you high favours that will make men to celebrate Jesus in your life. God is about to grant you that miracle that will advertise His power and might. God is granting you that miracle that will put you in the news.
What Jesus did for the young man was not a miracle of healing; it was a miracle of resurrection. It was a miracle that was completely outside of the scope of mere mortals, and expectedly, multitudes heard about it and were drawn to Jesus. It was a result that made Jesus famous. Hear me as I hear the Lord: your next testimony will make Jesus famous. People will hear about how the Lord lifted you, and they will be drawn to Him.
Ask the Lord to give you that miracle that will make men follow Jesus. Ask the Lord to open new doors and gates that will cause men to chase after Jesus more and more. Ask the Lord to grant you that miracle that will get people talking about the mighty works of God. Ask the Lord to show you that miracle that will strengthen the faith of others in Jesus. Ask the Lord to give you that miracle that will advertise Jesus freely and effortlessly.
Remember, it was just one miracle, but it caused the fame of Jesus to spread abroad. Receive that miracle that will be a divine advertisement.
Isaiah 40: 5 says: “And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.”
DECLARATION: I receive that miracle that will be a divine advertisement, in Jesus’ name!
