Streams of Joy 1st May 2025 Devotional (Sunday) Message

SCRIPTURE READING: John 6
FOCUS VERSE: “And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased.” (John 6: 2)
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how a multitude followed Jesus because they saw His miracles which He did on them that were diseased. A multitude willingly followed Jesus because they saw what He did to sick folks, and how He made them recover. Multitudes saw the results that came through the ministry of Jesus, and they willingly followed Him. They saw the results that came by His hands, and without being asked, they followed Him.
Friend, there are multitudes that are willing to follow you if only your life becomes a signpost for major, outstanding results. There are people willing to be at your command if only they can see the results that are birthed through your prayers. There are people willing to submit to your tutelage if only they can lay hold on the results that you are bringing forth. There are people who will only be drawn to you when they see results through you.
Jesus did not need to plead with the multitude to follow Him; He only brought forth results that attracted the multitude; He brought forth results that made the multitude to follow Him. There are results that you will bring forth, and even people who ordinarily do not like you will be forced to follow you. There are results that will make multitudes to accept and patronize you. There are results that win over multitudes.
Instead of praying for multitudes to follow you, focus on becoming that man or woman whose results will resonate in your generation. Focus on becoming that person whose results will be outstanding. Focus on becoming that person whose evidence will be beyond argument. Focus on becoming that person whose life is a harbinger of major results. Focus on becoming that person that will birth major results.
When results show up, multitudes follow. When results show up, multitudes do not need to be begged to line up behind you. May it never be said that your life was without results. May your results win you new followers.
John 1: 50 says: “Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.”
DECLARATION: My results will cause multitudes to follow me, in Jesus’ name!
