TOPIC: No Difficulty
FOCUS: “And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel: and because of the Midianites the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains, and caves, and strong holds.” (Judges 6: 2)
Streams of Joy 1 December 2021 Daily Devotional Message
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the children of Israel made dens for themselves in the mountains. They built houses in the mountains and caves. Ordinarily, to build on normal grounds is much easier than to build in the mountain. Building in the mountain involves harder labour. So the children of Israel were caught in that place where they labored more than necessary to achieve a thing. They were caught in the place of harder labour.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: the season of harder labour is broken over your life. The season of laboring more than necessary in order to achieve a thing, is over in your life. The season of working too hard in order to gain good results, is over. The season of facing more difficulty that you should in order to achieve a thing, is over. The season of being in hard places, is over. The season of being caught in the middle of hardship, is over.
Hear me as I hear the Lord: the things that were once difficult are becoming easy now. The things you struggled to achieve in time past will come with ease in this season. The doors that you struggled to open in time past will open with ease in this season. The difficulties that have followed you all year long will not follow you into 2022. The difficulties of your yesterday will not make it into your today. The door of difficulty is closed.
Welcome to your season of ease. Welcome to that season where difficulties are being made easy with the help of God. Welcome to that season where the difficulties on your pathway will be replaced with ease. Welcome to that season where your struggles will be replaced with divine help. Welcome to that season where the things that came by labour in time past will come on a platter of grace in this new season.
The days of difficulty are over. The days of laboring harder than necessary, are over.
Joshua 24: 13 says: “And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat.”
DECLARATION: I will not labour harder than necessary, in Jesus’ name!
