THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: One dimension of Glory that God wants us to operate in, is the realm of light or insight.
Seeds of Destiny August 13, 2023 Devotional MESSAGE:
It has been confirmed that we serve a glorious God. And God wants His children to live in the realm of the Glory.
One dimension of Glory that God wants us to operate in, is the realm of light or insight. This is because Glory also means Light, or Insight.
Many years ago, I had an amazing experience. I was a very desperate young man, hungry for God, and He was helping me to see so much out of the Scripture.
At that time, I was attending a particular Church but for one reason or the other, I was not being sufficiently fed in that Church. The experience I had in terms of the feeding of the Word in that church was like giving ice cream to someone who is a heavy weight boxer instead of good food, and yet expect the person to be satisfied.
I knew it was dangerous not to go to Church because the Bible says we should not forsake the assembling of ourselves together (Hebrews 10:25).
So, I continued going to that church.
While in that Church, God helped me to devise a method that sustained the flow of deep revelations. Even while in a place like that where I could not be fed with deep revelations, I was getting deep revelations.
The preacher would open a passage of the Scripture and scratch its surface, and within some minutes, he was done preaching.
But God would open my eyes to see deeper light and insight out of the same passage he was preaching from.
While the pastor was preaching, I was seeing and writing in depth, many revelations from the passages he assisted me to open.
In fact, the flow of insight from the shared passages would continue even after the service as I continued studying at home. At the end of the day, attending that Church was not a waste for me.
Beloved, you must always look unto God to show you greater things from His Word.
REMEMBER THIS: One dimension of Glory that God wants us to operate in, is the realm of light or insight.
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Ask God to shift your levels in accessing light, insight and revelation from the Scripture.
- Devote yourself to the constant study of God’s Word.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You open my eyes to behold wondrous things out of Your Word. Shift my life from one light dimension of Glory to another, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
