TOPIC: The Blessing: A Trigger for Potentials
SCRIPTURE: And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:28.

Our anchor Scripture reveals that the Blessing imparts the supernatural force for the activation of potential and the exhibition of productivity (Genesis 1:28). To be fruitful is to release your inherent potentials. When God told Adam to be fruitful by virtue of the Blessing that was on him, He seemed to be telling Adam: “Release your potentials; activate your gifting”.
The Blessing triggers the realization and release of inherent potentials. When the blessing is placed on you, the gifts and endowments in you come out. The Blessing triggers the release of multi-faceted gifting. It activates a multi-dimensional manifestation of graces and gifting as we can see in the life of Joseph.
Joseph was blessed by his father and he was given a coat of many colours. And by that blessing upon Joseph, the dream interpretation capacity in him came out. His administrative prowess was also released.
Now, what is the difference between a blessed man and an unblessed man? The blessed man has potentials that are realized and released but an unblessed man has potentials that are caged. The potentials of an unblessed man are undiscovered potentials because they don’t see the light of day. The Blessing is like something coming on you to bring out something in you.
Beloved, you must understand that when the Blessing of God is on you, you are bigger and heavier in worth than what people think about you. There are things you carry that you may not be aware of.
I decree today that all the inherent potentials of your life shall come out by virtue of the Blessing of God, in Jesus’ Name.
My counsel is: connect with the Blessing for the realization of all your inherent potentials.
REMEMBER THIS: The blessed man has potentials that are realized and released but an unblessed man has potentials that are caged.

Make demands on the Blessing for the release of your potentials.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I make demands on the Blessing for the release of my potentials and gifting, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
