TOPIC: Healing belongs to you
He was pierced for our transgressions…and by his wounds we are healed.
– Isaiah 53:5
Declaring scripture is important to your healing. Your words speak volumes into the spiritual realm. When you speak scripture out loud, you declare biblical truth with your mouth, and how it shall be and force the darkness away with His light.
Speak these words out loud, right now. Let this truth penetrate your soul: “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). When you pray and speak scriptures God begins to work inside you. Through His blood shed upon the cross, Jesus Christ invades the area of your affliction.
On Calvary, at the cross of Christ, the price for your healing was paid. The blood from Jesus’ wounds flowed against the bark of the tree. A crimson stain marked the post where God’s redemption of all humanity occurred.
The Bible declares: “Now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2). Salvation means healing, deliverance, and prosperity—making you whole. Speak His Word aloud and let Him heal you.
Lord, I choose to believe you, I choose to believe what you have spoken and what you have done for me. You paid the price and died so that I can have freedom, salvation, and healing. I declare that by your stripes and wounds I am healed. In Jesus’ name Amen.
