TOPIC: Possess Your Land
Therefore all who devour you will be devoured; and all your adversaries, every one of them, will go into captivity. And those who plunder you will become plunder, and all who prey upon you I will give for prey.

Under Moses’ leadership, Israel experienced mighty manifestations of God. They were all delivered from the pursuing Egyptian army through the parting of the Red Sea. They all enjoyed the spiritual food from heaven and the spiritual drink from the rock in the desert (Exodus 17:6).

The Spiritual Rock that followed them and supernaturally sustained them was none other than Jesus Himself. He was their provision in the wilderness. Yet in spite of this, they displeased God by their lack of self-control. In the end, between one and three million Jews who drank from the Spiritual Rock of Christ, died in the wilderness. Only two from that generation, namely Joshua and Caleb, made it into the Promised Land. We all need to drink daily and deeply from the river of God’s provision. Do not fall prey to the lusts of the flesh today. Break through into your land of promises.
Father, with Your help, I will inherit the land of promises.
