Rod Parsley Daily Devotional 27 May 2024, Monday Message
TOPIC: Memorial Day
Render to all what is due them: taxes to whom taxes are due, respect to whom respect is due, fear to whom fear is due, and honor to whom honor is due.
– Romans 13:7
Today, on Memorial Day, we honor those in the military who paid the ultimate price of freedom with their lives. We honor those who deserve honor.

Without their faithful service, it is possible we would not have the freedom to worship the Lord Jesus Christ, Jehovah Joshua Messiah in this great nation.
Psalm 27:3-4 declares, Though an army should encamp against me, my heart will not fear; though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing I have asked from the LORD, that will I seek after—for me to dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to see the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple.
Whether in war or times of peace, the Holy Spirit abides in the spirit of the believer, and we see the glory of the Lord in our daily lives, because we have made Him our dwelling place, and He has made us His dwelling place. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus, thank You for the freedoms we enjoy. What You did at Calvary set us free forever.
