Faithfulness

Rhema For Living 21 June 2022 Devotional MESSAGE
Christianity are to be faithful to God and to their leaders-both spiritual and secular. Unfaithfulness or disloyalty is a challenge facing Christian leadership today. Inability to be faithful, loyal, stable and consistent is the greatest killer of ministries and businesses. In Matthew 25 :22 – 30; is the account of the faithful and unfaithful servant. Are you a faithful servant?
Also leaders are expected to be faithful to God by being faithful to their followers and subordinates.
You have to be careful in your utterance and actions, so as not to cause rebellion and disloyalty within your ranks. You have to also honour your words, promises, agreement, policies etc. and not only when they suits you.
Your integrity matters greatly. There are at least three common causes of disloyalty in people. First, there are believers whose personality can best be described as erratic. They make sudden decisions which can alter the plan of people within minutes. This is a very dangerous trait. The ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ is not safe in the hands of erratic leaders.
The second cause of disloyalty is financial considerations. The third common causes of disloyalty is a deviation from God’s direction for one’s life.
Rhema For Living 21 June 2022 Devotional For Tuesday
Many believers miss God’s direction for their lives and end up in complicated situations because disobedience. Therefore, since God is faithful to fulfill all He has promised, every believer need to hold fast his confidence in Him till the end without doubting or disobedience (Heb.10 :23).
When a leader or follower let your fear of God judge your actions and always do that which is right for He is faithful that called you and will reward you.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, empower me to exhibit faithfulness in all areas of my life to God and man.
