When You Are The Joseph (2)

BIBLE READING:Â Joshua 16-18
“And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person, and we’ll favoured”. Genesis 39 :6.
Child of God, every great destiny in God has a how to get there. You cannot be the Joseph sent to preserve a generation and emulate the lifestyle of others. Every child of God has been empowered to live a righteous life, why chose to yield your members again to unrighteousness? Why fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness and think you will not become the same? Your association determines your acceleration.
God has a special assignment on you that will glorify His name, and the devil is after that assignment which is his doom, so stand up to who you ought to be.
Having escaped the dangers of his father’s house, one would think the attempt of the adversary against Joseph would cease. But no, because his target is against the destiny of Joseph, against his assignment, still in Potiphar’s house, he rose up through Mrs. Potiphar against Joseph to bring him down through immorality.
The enemy must have looked through all Joseph’s profile in Potiphar’s house. The master had committed all he had into his hands, the only thing which the master did not put under his care because she is his wife was what the devil entered to use against him to bring him down. If he had gone along with her, he would have remained a gloried servant in Potiphar’s house and lose his destiny.
But as the Joseph he ought to be, he said unto her”. how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?
Gen. 39 :9. Though it cost him leaving Potiphar’s house and landed him in prison, but he got to the palace and became his destiny. The reason you fall for anything is because you do not know your destiny.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I receive grace to live as expected of me.
