RCCG House Fellowship Leaders’ Manual | 14 November 2021 | Lesson 11

OPENING PRAYER: Father please let every sign that is assigned to follow a believer begin to follow me

PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE: The leader should ask members what they understood from the last topic

A. MEMORY VERSE: “He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given”. Matthew 13:11

B. BIBLE TEXT : MARK 16:15-18; HEBREWS 6:1-2

MARK 16:15-18
15. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18. They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

1. Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
2. Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

A mystery is something secret or unexplainable. Laying of hands may be physically attributed to the impartation of a superior on someone lesser especially when it comes to spiritual matters. As Christians, God has not put in us ignorance as to the mystery, however many Christians are not aware of the tremendous significance of laying of hands. This doctrine is important aside is still effective in the service of Gid today.
