Heavenly Father,
In the quiet hush of this moment, we come before You with hearts both full and fragile. The noise of the world clamors for our attention, and yet You whisper, “Be still.” Teach us today what it means to truly rest in Your presence — to pause, to release, to trust.
When chaos swirls around us and anxiety creeps in, anchor our souls in the truth of who You are. You are sovereign, unshaken, and infinitely good. Help us to surrender our striving and remember that Your strength is made perfect in our stillness.
Lord, calm the restless corners of our hearts. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our minds and still our spirits. May we not just know You as God in theory, but experience You as our refuge, our fortress, and our ever-present help.
Still our thoughts. Still our fears. Still our need to control. And in that sacred stillness, let us find You waiting with love that never fails.
