Open Heaven for Teens 5th March 2021 Devotional MESSAGE:
A friend of mine once said when you dont know where you’re going, everywhere will look like your destination. Some years ago, I decided to visit my elder sisters who went to work on our fathers farm.
As the last born of the family, I had never been taken to the farm before and as I navigated the route I thought led there, I lost my way. I started crying because no one knew my whereabouts, not even my mother.
After rounds of tears, I lifted my eyes and saw a white dog wagging its tail as if beckoning on me to follow; I took the cue. When the dog ran, I did, when it slowed down, I did.
When it stopped, I did. Finally, it led me to the exact spot my sisters were and they were all surprised to see me. When they asked who brought me, I pointed to the spot the dog was but the dog was no longer there.
When I narrated the story to them, my sisters were so sure it must be divine because there was no dog in the whole village that matched the description I gave.God can use anything and anyone to act as a guide for you.
If you want to enjoy protection from evil, you must obey instructions in Gods word or from those God has placed in authority over you.
PRAYER POINT:
Father, open my eyes to see You; my ears to hear You and my heart to obey You at all times.
