Morning Prayer for Today (November 12, 2025): Wednesday – Delighting in the Lord’s Desire
Each morning invites us to draw closer to God, to find joy and satisfaction in His presence. Psalm 37:4 declares:
“Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
This verse reveals a profound truth — when our hearts delight in the Lord, our desires align with His perfect will. True joy is not found in chasing things, but in resting in the One who provides all things. As you begin today, take time to find your delight in God’s presence, and He will shape and fulfill every longing of your heart.

Powerful Morning Prayer for Today
Gracious Father,
Thank You for this new morning and for filling my heart with peace and purpose. I delight myself in You, Lord — in Your Word, Your will, and Your ways. You are my greatest treasure, my strength, and my joy.
Lord, align my desires with Your heart today. Let my thoughts, choices, and actions please You in all things. Remove every selfish ambition and replace it with holy passion for Your purpose. As I walk through this day, let my delight in You overflow in kindness, wisdom, and grace toward others.
I trust You, Lord, to bring to pass every desire You have placed within me. In Your time and in Your way, perfect all that concerns me. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
