Every new day reminds us that true success and lasting peace come from God alone. Psalm 127:1 declares a powerful truth:
“Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.”
No effort, plan, or achievement can stand firm without God’s hand upon it. When the Lord is the builder, what He establishes is secure, meaningful, and blessed. As you begin today, invite God to be the foundation of everything you do.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of this new morning and the breath of life within me. Lord, I invite You to build my day, my plans, and my future. I do not want to labor in my own strength or rely on my own understanding.
Be the foundation of my work, my home, and my decisions. Guard my steps and keep my heart aligned with Your will. Remove every effort that is not of You and establish what brings glory to Your name.
Father, let Your wisdom direct me and Your presence cover me. As I walk through this day, I trust You to watch over me, guide me, and bless the work of my hands. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
