TODAY’S MESSAGE
Today, we shall look at the importance of family roots. When individual family units are in good shape, the community and the nation will be in good shape. In the secondary school that I attended, I witnessed our principal expelled at least ten students were expelled by the school authorities during my stay there.
MFM Mountain Top Life Devotional 7 February 2020: Whenever we were having lunch in the dining hall and we were praying on the meal, you dared not close your eyes so that your piece of meat would not be stolen. One day, a boy closed his eyes and his meat was stolen. He decided to retaliate the following day. Just before it was time for lunch, he asked for permission from the teacher to go to toilet. He headed for the dining hall and removed all the six hundred pieces of meat in six pots totalled (AME) (BRT) .
He went to the back of the hall with a bottle of water and ate all the six hundred pieces of meat. He was caught and was going to be expelled. Then, his parents came to the principal to beg him for mercy. They were poor and wretched – looking. He was their hope and the expulsion would mean shattering their hope of getting out of their poverty in future.
This was a family cage. The devil understands the power of the family. It is like a book: the parents are the cover pages and the children are the inner ones. It is the school of human virtues. And because of this role, diverse terrible and wicked spirits are sent to specifically attack successful families.
Any family that has the potential of being together and succeeding risks being attached wicked spirits, released from the pit of hell his is part of the department of the kingdom of Satan assigned to pollute, scatter, cage and put families in trouble. This is why you must build your family on the wine of God, since God is the founder, the supreme authority and the source of the family.
