MFM DAILY DEVOTIONAL 18TH APRIL 2025 MESSAGE:
Beloved, today, we are looking at something very critical to the existence of man on planet earth. It has to do with the very essence why you were created. It is called “Glory.”
Glory is that which God has endowed you with before you were born. Remember, in Jeremiah 29:11, God said that His thoughts towards us are of peace and not of evil, to give us a future and an expected end. God already has it all planned out how you will emerge and shine. God never wishes His children to be failures, dregs, or nonentities. That is why Jesus said in John 10:10 that He came to give us abundant life, a glorious life.
Unfortunately, a lot of children of God are living below this will of God for their lives. They are living below their potential.
In his book, Understanding your Potential, Myles Munroe said the greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life that never realised its full potential.
If you came to the world and your glory did not shine, you have lived a wasted life. What is glory? You may ask. Glory is that which stands you out from the crowd. It is what makes you unique. It is that thing that magnetises favour to you. It is that which enables you to arise and shine. Isaiah 60:1 says, “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.”
But alas, not everyone’s glory is shining. Many have died without their glory shining for one day. They came into the world with a lot of potential, which they never actualised because their glory was stolen, diverted, destroyed, killed, exchanged, sold, quenched, scattered, cut short or traded off. Such people ended up coming to the world in vain. What a lamentable tragedy.
I decree that shall not be your portion, in the Name of Jesus.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
1. Every power that does not want my glory to manifest, die, in the Name of Jesus.
2. The Goliath of my father’s house that says my glory will not rise, be buried, in the Name of Jesus.
3. Every obstacle to my greatness, vanish by fire, in the Name of Jesus.
EVENING
4. Any power stubbornly sitting on my glory, die, in the Name of Jesus.
5. Whether the devil likes it or not, my glory shall manifest, in the Name of Jesus.
6. Powers assigned to stop my light from shining, die, in the Name of Jesus.
7. Every foundational power assigned to kill my glory, be destroyed, in the Name of Jesus.
