MFM Daily Devotional Friday 4 April 2025 – MESSAGE
You must understand that if you fail to enter into your inheritance, you will only be short-changing yourself. God has prepared His banqueting table already. It is now your responsibility to go there and help yourself. Another inheritance of the saints is peace, which I describe as the last legacy of Jesus to His followers. In John 14:27, Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you…”
This means that Jesus did not leave trouble, pain, suffering, affliction, heartbreak, oppression, failure, sickness, disappointment, etc. for you. He left His peace for you, not a troubled soul. So, peace is your inheritance. I mean, all-round peace.
Divine health is also part of your inheritance. As a believer, because Jesus Himself bore our sicknesses and diseases on His body upon the cross, you should be enjoying complete wholeness physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sound health is yours in Christ Jesus. If you have been sick in any area of your life, receive the blessing of sound health now, in Jesus’ name.
Divine healing, which has been described as children’s bread, is also your heritage. You do not have to allow any sickness or disease to keep on tormenting you.
Prosperity and riches are also part of your inheritance. You do not have to continue wallowing in poverty. Jesus Christ became poor so that, through His poverty, you can become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). All-round victory, joy, favour, long life, spiritual authority and empowerment, divine guidance, wisdom, strength, authority of ease, etc are part of your inheritance in Christ Jesus.
Remembering all these should make us love God more and go deeper into the fullness of Christ. For you to access this inheritance, you must first accept Jesus Christ as Lord. Have you confessed Him as Lord?
