Praise the Lord
1 Hallelujah! Praise God in his sanctuary. Praise him in his mighty expanse.
2 Praise him for his powerful acts; praise him for his abundant greatness.

3 Praise him with the blast of a ram’s horn; praise him with harp and lyre.
4 Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and flute.
5 Praise him with resounding cymbals; praise him with clashing cymbals.
6 Let everything that breathes praise the Lord. Hallelujah!

PRAISE AND WORSHIP
Take praise and worship songs as led by the Holy Spirit.

MESSAGE:
To be alive and be void of worship makes life meaningless. In what other way can we show our gratitude to the Almighty God Who is beyond our comprehension in many ways? In worship, we do nothing but express our gratitude and thankfulness for all He is, all He has done, all He is doing and all He will still do in our lives.

God inhabits the praises of His people; hence He deserves and desires our worship. A true worship comes from a crucified tongue and regenerated life. Such a worship comes with utmost genuineness and sincerity.

What are the twenty-four elders in Heaven doing according to Revelation 4:10? “The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying….”They are doing no other thing but worshipping God all day long.

Do you want to be a true worshipper? Unlike what obtains in many of our churches today, where there is more of noise and mere entertainment than true worship; where sinners raise up sinful hands before the Lord, where worship has been converted to mere lip service, do you want to be a true worshipper? Then it is time to search your innermost being, confess any animosity you have towards anyone and be free to ascend into His holy hills, standing before the throne of grace to worship and reverence God in Spirit and in truth.

When you are standing in true holiness and righteousness, then the Holy Spirit enables you to give true and quality worship that is filled with His power. Without Him, we can do nothing!

To strive and struggle in the place of worship should not be the portion of true worshippers. God gives the enabling grace through His Spirit and that can only be the best way to worship God. Surrender your life to Jesus. Embrace the Holy Spirit and begin to do the will of God; Then you are qualified to be a true and not a vain worshipper of the Most High God as a result of that, you can offer a sweet smelling aroma before His throne with your worship. God will be glorified and blessings will come upon you.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING
1. I receive power to worship and reverence God, in the Name of Jesus.
2. Undiluted Spirit of worship, possess me now, in the Name of Jesus.
3. As I worship and praise God, let His glory descend upon me and all mine, in the Name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. Spirit of unending gratitude, come upon me now, in the Name of Jesus.
5. As from today, I refuse to struggle in the place of worship, I worship in Spirit and in truth, in the Name of Jesus.
6. I join the twenty-four elders in casting down crowns and bowing heads before the throne of grace, in the Name of Jesus.
7. Power to enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise, possess my life, in the Name of Jesus.
