      TOPIC:Β Uncompromising Holiness

MEMORY VERSE:Β β€œBecause it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.” – 1 Peter 1:16

      MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:
β€œHoliness is not an option but a mandate for every believer.”

      PRAISE AND WORSHIP

      PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY:
β€œAs you pursue holiness this year, I decree that your life will reflect God’s glory and attract divine favor, in the name of Jesus.”

      FIRE SCRIPTURE: 1 Peter 1:13-21(NASB)

13Β Therefore,Β [a]prepare your minds for action,Β [b]keep soberΒ in spirit, set yourΒ hope completely on theΒ grace to be brought to you atΒ the revelation of Jesus Christ.Β 14Β AsΒ [c]obedient children, do notΒ [d]be conformed to the former lustsΒ which were yoursΒ in yourΒ ignorance,Β 15Β butΒ [e]like the Holy One who called you,Β [f]be holy yourselves alsoΒ in allΒ yourΒ behavior;Β 16Β because it is written: β€œYou shall be holy,Β for I am holy.”

17Β If youΒ address as Father the One whoΒ impartiallyΒ judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselvesΒ in fear during the time of yourΒ stayΒ on earth;Β 18Β knowing that you were notΒ [g]redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from yourΒ futile way of life inherited from your forefathers,Β 19Β but with preciousΒ blood, as of aΒ lamb unblemished and spotless,Β the bloodΒ of Christ.Β 20Β For He wasΒ foreknown beforeΒ the foundation of the world, but hasΒ appearedΒ [h]in these last timesΒ for the sake of youΒ 21Β who through Him areΒ believers in God, who raised Him from the dead andΒ gave Him glory, so that your faith andΒ hope are in God.

MFM Daily Devotional 15th June 2025 – MESSAGE

Ada was known among her friends as the one who never compromised her faith. A talented artist, she had many opportunities to showcase her work, but she always chose projects that aligned with her values. One day, she received a lucrative offer from a major gallery. The catch? The project involved themes that went against her Christian beliefs. Ada was tempted. The money and exposure were significant, but deep down, she knew it wasn’t right.

Remembering 1 Peter 1:16, β€œBe holy, because I am holy,” she decided to decline the offer, trusting that God would honor her commitment to holiness. Her friends and family were puzzled by her decision, but Ada stood firm. Months later, she was approached by a different gallery, one that respected her values. They offered her an even better opportunity to exhibit her work.

Beloved, in a world that often compromises on moral and spiritual standards, maintaining uncompromising holiness can be challenging. However, it is essential to remember that holiness is a response to God’s love and a reflection of our relationship with Him. Hebrews 12:14 tells us to β€œfollow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” This verse highlights the critical nature of holiness in our walk with God.

To live a life of uncompromising holiness, we must first understand that holiness is a pursuit. Through Jesus Christ, we have been made holy by His sacrifice (Hebrews 10:10). However, we are also called to actively pursue holiness by aligning our thoughts, actions, and desires with God’s Word. This involves daily surrender to the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to live righteously.

In Daniel 1:8, Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the king’s food and wine, choosing to maintain his commitment to God’s laws. His unwavering dedication to holiness led to divine favor and wisdom. Similarly, when we choose to live holy lives, God honors our commitment and blesses us with His presence and favor.

Noah and Daniel, among other patriarchs in the Bible, were uncompromisingly holy in their corrupt and perverted generation. That is why God singled them out and used them as His purpose-partners. Holiness will qualify you for heaven’s immeasurable blessings. Choose holiness!

      MFM DEVOTIONAL PRAYER POINTS:

      MORNING

      1. O Lord, grant me the grace to live a life of uncompromising holiness, in the name of Jesus.
      2. Every root of sin in my life, be uprooted by the fire of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus.
      3. I declare that my life will reflect God’s holiness and righteousness, in the name of Jesus.

      EVENING

      4. Holy Spirit, empower me to overcome every temptation that leads to compromise, in the name of Jesus.
      5. O God, purify my heart and mind, and make me holy as You are holy, in the name of Jesus.
      6. I break every habit and association that hinders my walk of holiness, in the name of Jesus.
