TOPIC: You Have to Believe Before You Receive
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them,
and ye shall have them. — MARK 11:24
Kenneth Hagin Health Food 17th September 2022 MESSAGE
I remember saying to the Lord in my spirit, “Lord, this woman is the pastor of a church, and she’s standing in the way of some people here that need to be healed. Can I help her?” Sometimes God will speak to you in an inward voice. But sometimes the revelation of the word of knowledge comes to you as a picture on the inside. That’s what happened in this case. On the inside of me, I saw the whole thing. I knew she wouldn’t be helped, but the Lord showed me exactly what to do to help the crowd.
I said to the woman, “Come back up here.”
She retraced her steps up the aisle and stood in front of me again. I said to her, “When are you going to start believing that you are healed?”
She said, “When I get healed.”
“Well,” I said, “why in the world would you want to believe it then? You would know it then!”
She said, “Say that again.” So I said it again. I never will forget it. The dear woman looked up at me, batted her eyes like a toad frog in a west Texas hail storm, and said, “Now listen, I’m not going to believe that I have something that my physical senses don’t tell me I have.” Well, what was her faith based on? Her physical senses! She was not believing with her heart.
I said, “Well, sister, you go sit down and do without it, because you’ll never get it.” She went and sat down, and did without it.
Now, the other people who were sitting there got what I was saying. So they came and received healing. A man from her church who was in the most desperate condition (he couldn’t walk by himself) was instantly healed. And not only that—but was also deaf and was instantly healed of the deafness.
CONFESSION: I believe that I receive my healing before I see the manifestation of it, because Mark 11:24 says to believe I receive when I pray. I believe I receive healing now!
