TODAY’S WORD
There are specific places that God has designed for you to be blessed, places where He has favor, opportunity, and provision waiting for you. Your destiny is connected to certain places. You can have faith and a great attitude, but if you’re not in the right place, you can miss what God has in store. You have to be sensitive to what God is saying to you, to His still small voice leading you into your place of blessing.
The Scripture says that God is ordering your steps. Sometimes He’ll have you stay where it’s uncomfortable, where it’s difficult, and you’re tempted to leave. Sometimes the right place is an unfair place, a place where you’re doing the right thing, but the wrong thing is happening.
Other times, God will close a door and it looks like a setback, but He’s moving you to a place of promotion. Don’t fight closed doors or get discouraged when you get pushed out. Learn to embrace change. God wouldn’t be changing things if He wasn’t leading you to a place of greater blessing.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
“Father, thank You for Your promise that as I honor You and keep You first place, blessings are headed my way, tracking me down and overtaking me. Thank You that You have specific places of blessing for me. Help me to hear Your voice and know the places where You are ordering my steps. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
