TOPIC: Functioning Like God
Genesis 1:26 (KJV)
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…
When God created man, He created him to look (image) and function (likeness) like Him. So when Adam was created, he looked like God and also functioned like God. This is seen when God formed animals out of the ground and brought them to Adam for him to call them to life, and they became alive!
That creative ability resides in you today as you were born again of the Spirit of God. That’s why the Bible says I have said that you are gods! You have the ability to bring about into existence anything you desire according to your measure of faith.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I was created to function like God—made in His image and likeness with His creative power alive in me. Just as Adam called life into being, I speak life by the authority of the Spirit. By faith, I bring the unseen into existence. I decree and declare that nothing is beyond my reach this year. I rise in faith and create my world today! Amen.
