Matthew 14:29 (KJV)
And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
Apostle Peter painted a very clear picture of what many people go through in life. Seeing the Lord Jesus walking on water and bidding him to join Him conjured up enough faith to get out of the boat and start walking on water!
How many times have you been stirred up by the Word as we, as ministers of the Gospel, break it down, and you felt so empowered
to get out there and spring into action? You might have even sown a seed as well. Monday, you start putting your plan into action, but come Tuesday, a little wind blows against you, and immediately you unravel.
All that you had received and got fired up with goes out the window. You are already crying and complaining about why it always happens to you.
Today, gird yourself up. Keep your eyes on the prize, knowing that whatever you focus on will be your destination. Ignore the noise around you and stay the course in the Name of Jesus!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am laser-focused on the prize as I stay the course. No distractions will make me lose focus in Jesus’ Name! Amen.
