Every Christian is a soul winner. As Kingdom ambassadors, it is our privilege and responsibility to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with others. However, many Christians are reluctant to reach out to the lost because they have been led to believe that soul winning is difficult. GoodNews Daily Devotional 5th August 2022
They believe certain religions or locations are “hard ground,” or they hear the word ‘winning’ and think hard work is involved. I assure you that soul-winning is easy! Ruth was willing to work in the fields of Boaz, but all she did was gather the grain that had been left for her to gather. That is what soul winning is like. God is the Lord– Master, Owner – of the harvest. He has already prepared and cultivated the ground. GoodNews Daily Devotional 5th August 2022
All the preparation that was necessary for the harvest has already been done. The only thing left is for you to reap the harvest. And reaping the Lord’s harvest is more like gleaning in that you are simply gathering the harvest that He has already prepared and left for you to gather. So, go out there and win souls with that understanding, and you will see that God has done His job well! GoodNews Daily Devotional 5th August 2022
