TOPIC: what Wonders
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Job 9:10 (KJV) Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and Wonders without Number.
GoodNews Daily Devotional 11th August 2022 MESSAGE
All year we have been declaring that this is a year of Wonders without Number! We
have recorded testimony after testimony of miraculous, unexplainable wonders. Do not suppose that these wonders are reserved for a select few, for it is the desire of God that you experience His wonders this very year. And if you have already, He wants you to experience even more.
One of the ways you can raise your expectation is by understanding what the Bible means when it speaks of wonders. If we examine the simple etymology or meaning of the word ‘wonders,’ it is the Hebrew word ‘pala’, which means to be marvellous, surpassing extraordinary, difficult to do, or difficult to understand. The things that God wants to do in your life this year are beyond explanation – they are wonders!
That means if there is something you want the Lord to do for you this year that you can put into words or explain how it could happen, that is not a wonder. As we round out the last half of this year, the wonders God will do in your life will leave you speechless and shaking your head in awe! This year will not end without your own testimony. Get ready to testify!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I decree and declare wonders in my health, wonders in my finances, wonders in my business, wonders in my prayer life, wonders in my family, wonders in soul-winning! My life is one of the Wonders without Number, in Jesus’ name!
