SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding what it takes to hold up our dedication to God
Success is a product of understanding and good success is a product of good understanding
To succeed in our journey of dedication with God we must understand what it takes
CHOICES THAT MUST BE MADE AND ACTIONS THAT MUST BE IN PLACE TO UPHOLD DEDICATION:
4. A deep understanding of life’s purpose (John 18:37; 10:10; Isa. 43:21 Eccl. 12:13; Hab. 2:1-4)
The deeper your understanding of your life’s purpose, the stronger your dedication to God
4a. An understanding of life’s purpose – Isa. 43:21 Eccl. 12:13 – brings focus to life and deliverance from distractions
4b. An understanding of life’s purpose births fire in the heart of man (Hab. 2:1-4)
5. A deep understanding of the transientness or temporalness of life (Eccl. 12:7; Jam. 4:14; Ps. 90:12; Eph. 5:15-16)
5a. A deep understanding of the transientness of life makes one to live cautiously instead of carelessly (Eccl.12:13-14)
5b. A deep understanding of the transientness of life makes one to live wisely and with the sense of urgency (Ps. 90:12; Eph. 5:15-16)
6. A deep understanding of eternal rewards (1Cor. 15:58; Rev. 14:13; 1Cor. 3:13-15)
6a. A deep understanding of eternal rewards helps us to direct our life’s time, energy and resources into that which will matter in the afterlife
6b. A deep understanding of eternal rewards helps us to make every second of our lives to count for God
A deep understanding of eternal rewards helps us to make hay while the sun shines and strike the iron while it is hot
COUNSEL:
You have just one life to live and it must count for something far beyond survival or making a living
- PRAYERS
Father, thank You for Your Word to us today. To You be all the glory Lord in Jesus’ Name! - Father, help me to direct my life’s time, energy and resources to that which really matters, in Jesus’ Name.
- Father, I come before You tonight and I make demands for fresh fire of dedication, I am asking for a higher level of spiritual fire in prayer life, study of the Word, evangelism, giving, in my character and in my lifestyle, a higher level of intimacy with God, and a higher level of fire power. I reject lukewarmness now, in Jesus’ Name!
COMMUNION FOCUS:
Communion of fresh grace for brutal, dogged commitment
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– A shift has just happened in your spiritual life and with that shift has come career, financial and destiny shift!
– God is about to change your story!
– Everything God has brought in here for you today is released into your hands
– Everything that is crippled, paralysed and grounded in your life, by this same anointing, they are rising and walking!
