Daily Devotional For Today 12th February 2025 TOPIC: Give It Up! Don’t Make It Your Property
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. – 1 Peter 5:17
Beloved, let’s not go ignorant of this one time, that we have a shoulder-help that is mercifully available to carry our worries, let’s not die under its weight. Ours is to cast them off on Him,& His is to bear them all.
Worry causes spiritual paralysis via numbness, the longer we hold on to it, the heavier it becomes. Worry has weight, it devastates & stops us from hearing God’s soothing voice. In place of worry, faith is it! Cos it brings light that can lightens the weight of worries.
We should pick the import of choosing these virtues: faith, patience and calmness in the face of worries, because they are signs of Our TRUST in God. When we are still/calm, that’s when we can hear His voice of peace clearly.
TODAY’S PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, help us to learn how to cast our worries on You for everlasting solutions and joy, in Jesus name Amen 🙏. Grace and Maranatha!
