SCRIPTURE: “He came unto his own, and his own received him not” (John 1:11).
SUMMARY: During Jesus’ earthly ministry, He encountered plenty of people who rejected Him and refused to accept His message. As born-again Christians, we can expect the same kind of treatment.
DAILY CONFESSION: YOUR TONGUE IS A VERY POWERFUL INSTRUMENT. IT CAN EITHER CALL DOWN BLESSINGS FROM HEAVEN OR BRING CURSES (FAILURE) INTO YOUR LIFE. THE BIBLE SAYS, “DEATH AND LIFE ARE IN THE POWER OF THE TONGUE: AND THEY THAT LOVE IT SHALL EAT THE FRUIT THEREOF” (PROVERBS 18:21).
