One with God

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Hosea 3-4
TEXT: “And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let 7s go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.” – 1 Samuel 14 :6.

God does not need multitude to give you victory, He has proven that over and over again in battles that confronts His children. All you need is God on your side in that battle because one with God is majority. So whether with few or multitude, the determining factor for victory in any battle is God.
No wonder scripture says, “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31. Also it says in Zephaniah 3 :17; “The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy…” This is to say, what you need most essentially to win is God in your side.
In Judges Chapter 7; God proved to Gideon that He is a God that specializes in winning battles with a few number 9f soldiers than even with multitude. He said to Gideon when they wanted to embark in a war with the Midianites, “The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands…”
And God gave him instructions to proclaim in the ears of the people that whoever is fearful and afraid should return and twenty two thousand returned remaining ten thousand. Even with that number God eventually reduced them to three hundred through the selection strategy he gave Gideon, and with that number they defeated the host of the Midianites.
In Deuteronomy 20 :1; scripture says, “When thou goest put to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariot, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.”
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! Thank you because you on my side is the victory…
